Returns / Refunds

Flaparaps can be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase if they are unusedunworn and unwashed and in their original packaging.

(Bear in mind that it's easy for us to tell when Flaparaps or pads have been worn or washed.)

You are responsible for the cost of return of any goods and the risk of loss when returning them. We recommend that you send returns via insured recorded delivery or by a tracked and insured courier. You will need to make a claim for their value if they go missing. We can not be held responsible for any items returned to us that go missing in the post.

Your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Uncollected Parcels (UK, EU and Worldwide)

If the parcel cannot be delivered by the courier/national carrier and it is not collected from their depot within the time period (usually 10 days to 2 weeks), it will be returned to us.

We'll check the tracking to see what happened and contact you to see what you would like to do next.

You can either:

a) Pay for the parcel to be shipped again; or 

b) Have your order refunded (less the cost of shipping).


Your Flaparaps are guaranteed against manufacturing faults in accordance with UK and EU law.
